mail disapearing

My wife and I use Mailwasher Pro on two different laptops. MIne is working perfectly. My wife has a problem that some email messages marked "friends" and "good" are deleted by Mailwasher. They just disappear before reaching Outlook. Is there any advice to solve the problem otherwise I have to uninstall Mailwasher from my wife's laptop.

In MailWasher, check under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> make sure Store Cached Emails is not checked. Save and restart MailWasher if a change is made.

When these emails disappear, I take it they don't show in the MailWasher Recycle Bin as being Deleted ?
There's no filtering on Outlooks end that might be moving these messages into a subfolder or spam folder ?

Thanks. "Store Cached Emails" was checked. I did uncheck it now.
