Blacklist domain still comes to email program

I have Mailwasher Pro 7.12.6. I have several domains in the Blacklist looking like *@domainname.com. When I bring up Mail Washer, I see such email in red showing as in the Blacklist. I click the "Wash Mail" button, and those red ones disappear as expected. Then I click the Outlook Button to go to my email program, where the email which was supposedly Blacklisted and deleted in MW, but such email comes into the email program. Why is that? or what am I doing wrong to allow the blacklisted email to get thru to the email program? Examples below for domain *@actright.com

Do you know what protocol Outlook is using (POP or IMAP) to access the email, and if MailWasher is using the same ?

Some email services do separate the Inboxes depending on the method of access, so deleting an email via POP in one medium, may not remove the email from the IMAP.

You can generally easily change MailWasher to use the other under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> change at the top >> Save.
