Only a silly thing really but being picky and not liking change, I have a question, Why has the colours changed under the delete button. I have green for good, pink for spam but now I have pale blue as well for no reason I can see. Any answers please.

Sorry for the delayed reply. My problem appears to be getting worse, under classify the box could have a pink spam tick but the message itself shows green. Some of the messages show a pale blue tick. I did try to send a screen shot but as soon as I touch the screen the colour changes to what it should be. I have a bitdefender security system running and I use Malwarebite a couple of times a week and my pc seems ok. I checked this morning for a MW PRO update and it told me I was up to date. I am at a loss as to what to do now.

Try this beta I got a few hours ago, should fix the problem. Will install fine over the top, Windows might warn you about the new install.

Well Rusticdog I have got to hand it to you, the fix you sent me seems to have worked, early days yet but I have confidence in you. Many thanks.

I'm getting reports of it still happening in this version, so some work still to be done unfortunately.

Going from bad to worse with the colours, cannot rely on MW Pro to tell me what is spam or delete or friend. Now having to check all mail myself that comes into MW.

I installed the beta version, no change mores the pity.

Something else must be going on.

Can you send me some logs, if you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent.

I have sent logs as requested. The colours would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating.

OK, for the Sky account can you go Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> uncheck Store Cached Emails >> restart MailWasher.
Does the same issue happen ?
