Ver 7.12.25 win 10. freezing on settings tab

HI, I am using ver 7.12.25 w/ Win 10. the program goes to the setting tab/accounts and stays there, if i click any of the choices on the left, "General", "spam tools", "Display", Recycle Bin", "sysc" it jumps to any of choices picked, but only less then a second. The same thing happens if I try to select a tab (at the top) "Inbox", "Recycle Bin" or "sync" it jumps to any of the Tabs but only less then a second, then back to the "Settings" Tab......Please Help

Can you send me some logs.

To do that go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief description like 'freezes on settings tab' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> then reply back once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.

A quick thing you can also try is a .NET Repair, does not harm and takes around 10 minutes.

I sent the support logs with chris in the ticket number field. I ran .NET Repair, it said it made two changes, i rebooted and no change

Is it possible your F8 key is stuck down ?
The F8 key is setup in MailWasher as a hotkey going to your accounts. If that were stuck down it would do as you describe.

That you very much, Pressing "F8" key worked. Weird thing is that it did not "look" like it was stuck down.
