Several times reaction on my complaints but not any solution of the problem.
Problem: Mailwasher pro ( using already for many years);
So I get my mails via Mailwasher: I see green ( good ones maybe and red ones maybe) I check them and click on the wash button. Normal action year after year. The red ones disappear in the trash> My mail account starts up and al the green ones are now in my mailbox. AND not any green or red ones in mailwasher pro!! It is empty. Situation after many askings for help: De red ones disappear in the mailwashrs trash and de greens are stil in the mailwasher pro and also in the normal mail box. So hundreds of green mails staying in the mail washer in stead of disappearing into my mailbox. ( outlook 365 and thunderbird.) What to do?? Help line not any solution, may be they do not understand my english?? Any one the solution of this problem?

I suspect your email accounts are setup as IMAP accounts in Outlook/ThunderBird.
In ThunderBird if you click on Tools >> Account Settings >> select Server Settings on the left >> is the account showing at the top as a POP or IMAP type of account.
In Outlook if you click on File >> click the Account Settings button >> select Account Settings again >> it will show a popup that lists your accounts and whether they are POP or IMAP.
If you can let me know what those types are.
