[Version 7.12.29] Since the last update, the Classify column has been acting somewhat idiosyncratically. Regardless of the status of a mail item, the odd one would be flagged red in the classification column and nothing could be done to change that. In the last hour, I just noticed a pattern. It's every 28th entry that get's the obstinate red flag! That is post-washing and with the mail list in 'arrived' sequence. At the time of writing, I have no handle on the specific characteristics of any of the red-flagged mail. I can just confirm if you begin counting up from the entry above the oldest 'red-flagged' entry, the next red flag will be the 28th and the sequence keeps repeating itself as you move up the list.
UPDATE 20200503 13:37 GMT+1
Issue not repeated so far today (system reboot + new Mailwasher Pro load). Monitoring.

Re: Classify buttons like the number 28!
Try this beta which does have some fixes relevant to the issue http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_34.exe
It'll install fine over the top.

Re: Classify buttons like the number 28!
OK, a couple of points:
1. This topic disappeared from the Mailwasher Pro 7 forum. I scanned the list several times and could not find it. It was only after checking my profile, searching for my posts and opening this one that it reappeared in the Forum.
2. The issue resurfaced this morning (I've only just seen the advice to try the beta). There were a couple of emails that I manually corrected noting that on one selecting the red button did not automatically tick the delete box. After rescanning (the yellow button) every 28th entry had the red spam classification on. I think they may have been there before I rescanned and it was only after the removal of any deletions that the 28 sequence surfaced. I reloaded Mailwasher and spam classifications disappeared.
My gut feeling is it has something to do with automatic periodic checking, an option I have only set on in the last few weeks. I may hold off installing the beta as this issue does not appear to be reproducible on demand and is resolved by reloading.
