MWP7.12.29 not showing subject and sender

OS: Win10Pro 64 bit

I've read previous posts and solutions and tried them all. IOW I've changed from POP3 to IMAP closed and restarted and vice-vesa. I've reset the account server cache to not save closed and restarted. I've increased the spam throttle. I've added as friends the ones that I get regularly but MWP still doesn't display the subject or sender. But no change. Although the group bar shows subject and sender and those do display for some emails those headings remain blank for most emails even when I've made these eNewsletters "Friends." So is there some what to remedy this so I don't have to look at the email to find out who the sender and subject are? TIA

On first attempt at posting the Subject line was filled in but was somehow deleted.

So it's specific emails doing this ?

Next time you come across one of these emails can you show the email in the preview screen >> top left click Show Email Info >> click the Source tab >> right click over this text and Select All >> right click over the highlighted text and select Copy >> then paste that text into a Notepad file >> save and send me the file to forum@firetrust.com

I also get this even with latest beta and after doing all the changes you requested.

I have sent you an example via email too.

Specific emails? Yes.
MWP will also not add these emails to my "Friends" - although they will treat them as "Good" once chosen. I've even added the senders of these emails to my web client's address book (Thunderbird v68.7.0) and my email server's address book (Fastmail.net). Will send the test file to you just as soon as I get this sent. Cheers.

Great thanks.

In one of those examples the header is massive, over 200 lines before detailing the subject/from.

I think MailWasher is presently only looking at the first 200 lines for that information, so will get that limit bumped.

Update installed it fixed one from 08.05 00.06 but I have a new email from this morning after update 07.12 from jdsports again that is blank from and subject.

I have emailed the source and send support logs via the app for you to review.

Thanks Phil.

The SMTP errors are problems sending the logs, can you try again using the Shayne account, as that account has worked previously.

The recent examples you have sent me all appear to have no header data at all, which probably suggests MailWasher is having issue retrieving the emails properly. If something is not getting parsed correctly MailWasher will have bad data. Hopefully the logs will come through all OK this time.
