The duplicate entries thing is a nightmare.
I think the answer might be a refund and use something else.
I've emailed support to see if there is an actual resolution to this problem.
I'm not going to use or pay for a product that generates hard work.

I checked and while the server information is the same, the ports are different for IMAP and POP, so I would have to change those back and forth, also. I have made a note about what to do if this reoccurs in the future.
