Installing the latest upgrade, the learning data migration is stuck at about 60%

I wonder if there is a corruption preventing this from happening.
If you opt not to import learning, see if it works. It will mean reteaching which emails are good and spam, however this is a quick process, usually 50 or so emails to start seeing good results.
