Only one account showing in inbox

I have both MWP on my pc and MW mobile on my ipad. After installing MW mobile on my ipad, in MWP on the PC, only one account shows up in the inbox after doing a check even though when checking mail it is logging into all the email addresses.

Flick me some logs. If you go help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'only one account showing' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.
