All of my email accounts are POP3 and my email program is Outlook 2019.
When I have new email, I choose which emails will be brought into Outlook and which will be deleted.
I then press wash mail and the program sends the emails to outlook and opens outlook.
When I open MailWasher Pro again, I find the emails that were sent to Outlook are still in Mailwasher Pro.
The emails that I checked to delete have been deleted.
This has only been happening since I had to reinstall windows a number of months ago. Before that, this problem was not happening.
I assume I have done something wrong, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

After washing email, washed email stays in MW Pro and deleted emails are gone.

In Outlook go File >> with the account selected in the drop down click the Account Settings button >> click Account Name and Sync Settings >> uncheck the option to 'Leave a copy of messages on the server' >> Next >> Done.
You may need to restart Outlook for this setting change to take effect, and from that point on emails Outlook download should be deleted off the server.
