Hello,
I've downloaded last version of MailWasher PRO for PC.
I've a problem with configuration of hotmail.com mail account in Mailwasher.
I've installed last version, and i've used these parameters:

Server IMAP: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS

Server SMTP: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS

Unfortunately, Mailwasher don't configure the account (i've triple checked id and password writed correctly).
There are other parameters or settings to change into Mailwasher or in hotmail.com settings page?

That should be working. Do you have any unicode characters in your password, for example ä, ö or ü

If you try setting MailWasher to use POP instead of IMAP, does that login ? You can change under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming.

Unfortunately, also with pop3 don't connect to the server... it's very strange because, i've checked also Kaspersky Internet Security and granted very permission possible to MailWhaser Pro...

OK, can you try sending me some logs. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'Hotmail not work' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so we can check the logs arrived all OK.

Instead can you go Help >> User Files >> there will be a file called autosupport.eml >> can you send me that file to forum@firetrust.com

Hello, I have the same problem with my hotmail.com account. Was there a solution in this topic?
Mailwasher 7.12.38 For incoming I can only mark SSL security, no option for TLS. At outgoing only None, SSL, TLS, CRAM MD5 and NTLM, no STARTTLS

Don't know whether anyone is still having problems with configuring hotmail.com mail account into mailwasher pro, but here are my working settings in 7.12.56

Server Type: IMAP
Server Address: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Tick: "This Server Requires Secure Connection SSL"

SMTP Server Address: smtp.office365.com
Port: 465
Tick: "SMTP Server Requires Authentication" which activates the option "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
Secure Connection: SSL or TLS both work for me

In the IMAP Box Setting the Inbox should be activated by default and greyed out
