Hello,
I want to report 2 recurring issues with mailwasher that I noticed since several weeks:
1) There are empty entries shown (see screenshot). The parser fails to correctly treat some inline HTML?
2) Some entries re-appear 5 times whereas in reality there is only a single mail
Today I noticed even 2 mails not listed (which my mobile app shows correctly)
For a paid software, I'm surprised this version passed QA....
Kind regards

And more :
A whitelisted entry is not always recognized
Though email is coming from exactly the same domain.

The duplicate entries seems to have been reported already: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=31419
My apologies.

Try disabling Fast Startup
To disable Fast Startup:
Open up Power Options in the Control Panel. In Windows 10 you can get there from right clicking on the start menu and going to Power Options
Once there, on the left hand side, click "Choose what the power buttons do"
Click "change settings that are currently unavailable" up at the top
Down below under the "Shutdown Settings" section you will see "Fast Startup" check-boxed. Uncheck the box
Click OK
For the messages not being tagged, set your Spam Throttle to 500 lines under Settings >> General >> Checking Mail.
There is also version .41 that you can install, it will install fine over the top
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_41.exe
Lastly be sure Store Cached Emails is unchecked, under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming. If it is checked, set the account to POP at the top, uncheck, set back to IMAP >> Save.

Re: 2 recurring errors
Hi
Thank you for the reply.
However, there is nothing "random" about reading a mailbox and checking the domains in the mailheaders.
Hence, I can't understand it being randomly error prone.
About the new version 41 : why isn't the software indicating this? (I just checked today, August 30)

Re: 2 recurring errors
.41 hasn't been put on the public updater yet, we might still have some other fixes to do before we put out next release.
