Hi I have just reinstalled Mailwasher after a complete reinstall of my system
I have the programme but after washing mail all the emails are still sitting in mailwasher whereas previously they were deleted after washing. Advice would be appreciated, and its probably a simple solution\ion.

Re: Washing Mail
A friend of mine has exactly the same problem. His PC had Windows 8.1 but came back from the repairers with Windows 10. After reinstalling MW, mails never disappear from MW even though it is washing correctly.
Another issue...
He is French so he has MW configured in French. After each use he gets the following error followed by a program crash when he clicks on OK: Ce document a déjà un noeud 'DocumentElement'
What does that mean?

You mean the emails you don't delete in MailWasher, are staying there after you download them into your email program ?
If so, we'll need to adjust the email program to delete the email from the server after download. If you can let me know what email program you use.
Generally email programs now also default to IMAP, which leaves all emails on the server by design. Which is why it's common issue to happen after a new machine/email program setup.

If they know english, does the same error happen if they switch to english language (Settings >> General >> Application)

Same as above.Elektra wrote: A friend of mine has exactly the same problem. His PC had Windows 8.1 but came back from the repairers with Windows 10. After reinstalling MW, mails never disappear from MW even though it is washing correctly.

I'm hoping that's just a language file issue. I would first recommend they try the latest betaElektra wrote: Another issue...

Re: Washing Mail
His mail is a POP account configured correctly in both MWP and Outlook 2019.
Tried the 7.12.41 beta but that made no difference. Jeremy asked me to submit the logs which I did. He replied that he could see the error and would consult with your development team.
As you probably know, the error message reads "This document already has a node" in English however, I have no idea what that is supposed to mean?
