Mailwasher has been running ok prior to a forced Microsoft Windows 10 update.
After the update, Mailwasher is running very slow when evaluating emails.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
How can I get Mailwasher to speed up email evaluations?

Flick me some logs and will take a look at what's going on.
Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum -wedgar' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here so I can check they arrived all OK.
Cheers

I am having the same trouble. I am using MailwasherPro (the free version) and Microsoft cut off my access to Windows Live Mail and forced me to use Windows 10 Mail. Now Mailwasher is dead slow and halting when it scans incoming mail and I cannot get it to open Windows 10 Mail after it finishes scanning incoming e-mail. I hope Rusticdog can give some information on this problem and hopefully have a solution.

Thanks wedgar
You've got an account that is failing, the virtualworkshops one. I can't seem to find the right mail server setting, or connect. Is that account now defunct ? Either case, worth checking the email settings for that against the email provider.
The RBL lookups are a touch slow.
Download and run the .NET Repair first, only takes about 10 minutes.
If it's still slow, try disabling these under Settings >> Spam Tools >> Origin of Spam >> uncheck the spamhaus server. See if that helps improve the speed of things.
Cheers

Thanks!
Ran the .NET repair and there were some issues. It sent a log to Microsoft.
Deleted the virtualworkshops email import.
Seems to run a little faster. Will try unchecking spamhaus to see.
