Problems installing Mailwasher Version 7.12.29

When installing the free program, the program is fully installed but at startup the start-up screen appears but after a few seconds this screen disappears! I have tested the program on two different computers and keep the same error. Furthermore, I do not receive an error. I am using Windows 10 home version. Who has faced the same problems? Thank you for the information.

We have come across a couple of these, not sure why yet.

Can you uninstall >> then install this slightly older version http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_06.exe
Once installed, the updater should pick up the newer version.

Thanks for the information, the link you gave did not work (error message), I was able to get a lower version from the internet (7.12.06) and it works perfectly.
