Lifetime registration code does not work

A number of years ago I purchased a lifetime code for Mailwasher Pro. SInce then I have upgraded my laptop and my desktop several times. I have a new LG replacing my Dell and when t tried to register Mailwasher Pro on my new laptop I received a message that the registration code has been used too many times. At no time was I told when I purchased a lifetime subscriptio0n I was limited to the number of times I could upgrade my personal desktop or laptop. Is there a way to register the software for my new laptop or has Firetrust pulled a bait and switch type scam on me? Have I been taken? As a volunteer with Emergency Management for almost 30 years and responding to floods, OKC and 9/11 bombings, and numerous hurricanes and tornadoes I've had to opportunity to recommend Mailwasher many times as I've shared info on e-mail protection. But if I've been taken, no more!!!

No problems, I've reset your license and it will be good to go now.
There are limits on usage imposed, in case a code gets shared out on the internet.
