At the same time I renewed my subscription for Pro I also had to install it on a new computer.
Pro settings were transferred successfully and it works as before, except for the interface with Thunderbird.
When I click on the TB link in Pro, it brings up TB and the new mail is displayed in TB; however, the mail displayed in Pro doesn't disappear with an automatic or manual check mail.
I have two addresses in TB and they are functioning normally, but I did have to do some tweaking to get them to retrieve mail for their respective addresses.
Can anyone help me with this Pro/TB interface problem?

Re: Thunderbird connection
Is it the IMAP one where the mail stays in MailWasher? That's because of the way that IMAP works.
One solution might be the following. In the MailWasher Settings, go to Accounts, select the account, then select the Incoming tab for the account, click on the Advanced heading to open up those settings and set the Download period to something other than All. This will limit the amount of email that is downloaded.
Alternatively, if it's the POP one, then in Thunderbird you need to go to the account settings and in the Server Settings section, uncheck Leave messages on server.
