Change Account Shown in Inbox
I am setting up multiple accounts from same server. While the accounts are all checked and some spam deleted, the first account that I setup is the one displayed in the Inbox. I want to change the Inbox to another email account so I can mark the uncaught spam.

I'm not sure I follow, all accounts setup in MailWasher would show their Inbox messages in the same screen. Are you saying that messages in one or some of your accounts, are not showing in MailWasher ?

Yes, the Inbox is only showing the first email account I set up. It may be related to my initially setup using Thunderbird as the client and then changed to "Use other application" with URL. I just noticed that emails aren't updating.

Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the bottom left check that the 'Send Using Account' is set to the account that is loading email >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.

OK, flick me some logs, should help see what's going on.
Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the bottom left check that the 'Send Using Account' is set to the account that is loading email >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.

I was wrong about the emails not updating. The sort order was reversed so latest messages were on bottom. I changed over to Thunderbird before I noticed.

Would the logs for the account not appearing in the Inbox help?

When sending logs the system uses email to send to us, which is why you want to set 'Send Using Account' to one that works in MailWasher.
It sends the logs for the current day for all activity in MailWasher, not just one account.

OK sure thing
Instead if you go Help >> User Files >> there will be a file called autosupport.eml if you right click this >> select Send To >> Mail Recipient >> that should open a ThunderBird message with the logs file attached >> send it to me at forum@firetrust.com
Hopefully that works. I'll also edit your post above to remove the email addresses.

Yup great, that came through all OK.
I don't see any errors, though I do notice that your account is set not to download emails flagged as Read, which you might be wanting ?
Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> you can set MailWasher to Download Read Email >> Save.
That will load all emails in the Inbox folder.
You also have MailWasher set currently to sort by Account, grouped by Date. If you have a preferred way you want messages displayed let me know, grouping can be a touch troublesome for some.
