MW Pro claims to be easy to use, but so many questions...
One is the difference between what MWP flags correctly as spam, but appear in my inbox anyway.
I'm using Outlook to look at a few gmail accounts.
I've fixed some things...in gmail, I turned on "access by less secure programs" (or whatever the exact name is).
I turned off Outlooks check of my email periodically, so MWP gets first crack at email before it reaches my Inbox.
(And a question -- if I do have both MWP and Outlook both fetching mail, will MWP go into Outlook and delete the already downloaded mail?)
Right now, as in my subject line: I'm waiting many minutes while seeing "Deleting: Message 2 of 97"
Also, I have mail that is cleared by MWP (thumbs up, friend, etc.) but not showing up in Outlook, even hours later.

For your main account, go into Settings >> Accounts >> select the IMAP tab >> uncheck the folders >>
[Gmail]
[Gmail]/All Mail
[Gmail]/Sent Mail
I don't imagine you want MailWasher checking those, just the Inbox and Junk email folders you have selected.
Restart MailWasher, that should clear the issue and hopefully prevent it from happening in future. I can't say for sure though as the logs you sent only send the current days logs, and MailWasher looked to have somehow gotten stuck the previous day.
If Outlook is using POP, then no, when Outlook retrieves email it retrieves a copy, rather than keeping things synchronised online which IMAP does.

If Outlook is also using IMAP to access the account, then yes, a deleted email in MailWasher will remove itself from Outlook.(And a question -- if I do have both MWP and Outlook both fetching mail, will MWP go into Outlook and delete the already downloaded mail?)
