7.12.48 Crashes

Just installed MWP 7.12.48 and it crashes after 15 seconds on downloading. Restarting produces same on evaluation. I would like to revert to a previous version. Someone please tell me procedure to revert without losing all my data. Repair function did not correct problem. If I Remove will I then be able to reinstall previous version without losing any data, settings, etc? Thanks.

Same result. Installed 7.12.48 this morning and now it gets about halfway through downloading the messages and then closes. Windows 10 Pro 20H2, all updates. Very repeatable.

Fortunately, this is a spare laptop.

Please advise.

Yup sorry abut that, programmers looking at this now.
If you uninstall, answer Yes to keep your data files when prompted, and then install the previous beta that doesn't have this crash

As suggested, I reverted back to 7.12.46 and all is well. Thanks for the comments!
