I am using a new email. When i bring it up to read the mail, Mail Washer still shows the emails listed, even after clicking "Check mail."

Is there a setting in MW or my new email to fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.

No one? My emails were removed after I had downloaded them to my email app but not now. Why?

I don't have any explanation, but this problem went away!
