Why does Mail Washer only receive 1-5 emails at a time?
I have 3 accounts and there could be anywhere between 5 and 25 emails on the server total but Mail Washer will only receive 1-5 at a time. I would have to keep clicking "Check Mail" over and over until all are received. Is there a way to get MailWasher to just receive all the messages at once?

Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> try unchecking to use PIPELINING when Checking Mail >> Save. That should do the trick.

I do not have that option. I have attached a screenshot.

Yup, it's the one 2nd from the bottom. Uncheck 'Enable for checking mail'
