messages do not leave Mailwasher after being transferred to Outlook
Till Feb 8 after transferring incoming messages to Outlook, my Malwasher screen was empty. Since that date all messages also remain in Mailwasher. What can I do?

Check if your Outlook is set to leave a copy of emails on the server https://vcgcorporate.zendesk.com/hc/en- ... the-server
You will have those options if the account is setup as POP
If Outlook is setup to check the account using IMAP, then this is intended as IMAP is a synchronised email system. Moving the messages from the Inbox to a subfolder in Outlook would mean MailWasher would no longer see them.
