Lost emails

Hi
Been using MailWasher for some time now, using the latest version 7.12.54.
Recently I've noticed that I've been losing emails that are in the friends list when I wash mail, it doesn't arrive in Outlook.
Has anyone had this problem?

Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> is the account set as POP or IMAP ?
Also is the option Store Cached Email checked ? If so, uncheck this and restart MailWasher in case the cache is somehow confused.

Very odd, try removing the account >> restart MailWasher >> add the account back in.

Done.
I had Outlook started when I restarted MailWasher, so it sensed my email accounts automatically.
Let's see what happens, watch this space.

Hi. Happened again today. Emails marked a friends in Mailwasher never arrived in Outlook. Somehow they're getting lost in the transition of closing one program and the opening of another.
It's a real nuisance, losing important correspondence!!

If you go into your Recycle Bin >> click Show All Email Logged option near the top >> can you see these messages ?
If so, if you try restoring the message, do they come through ?

Hi. Tried that already, it only shows my deleted and blacklisted emails, not the ones in my friends list!

Hi again, on re-trying that again, I previously had it on 'all emails' now I put it on 'last 7 days' and it's showing emails from my friends list, but it's still annoying that it auto deletes emails that are in my friends list.
Thanks again perhaps Firetrust are looking into it.

Do these Friends emails show any data in the Deleted column ? And if you select one and choose to restore, does it come through OK ?
