Sorry, was away over easter.
Can you go into Settings >> Accounts >> for the Rob account select the Incoming tab >> change from POP to IMAP at the top >> the server address is the same >> click Advanced >> there's two options you'll likely want to change, one is for downloading emails that are flagged as Read on the server, check this if you want those to show. The other is how many days of emails to download, default is 7 >> click OK once done.

Re: unknown error
click save even lol
it's a pain to keep having to do this, what is the issue maybe it's something I can address with the mail server company.

Re: unknown error
I think the issue is MailWasher, I'm hoping to get programmer time to rework the caching system, which I think is getting caught. MailWasher seems to be falling over checking the Rob account on the same message, sadly I only know it's message 4311 in the Inbox, which is not helpful.
You still have the Rob account using POP, so you can first try Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> uncheck Store Cached Email >> Save >> restart MailWasher.
If that doesn't clear it, do the above I mentioned earlier and set the account to use IMAP, see if it can check the account proper then.

Re: unknown error
can you advise the idx number for the message and I take a peak in the database to possibly remove it.

Re: unknown error
It's not in the logs unfortunately. Clearing the Store Cached Email option, restarting MailWasher will clear the database/cache of messages that don't need to be there.
