Is there a way I can change this colour scheme and also stop it separating into dates like today, yesterday

If you right click on the FROM column heading, uncheck Group By From. If you still have the grouping Today, etc...then do the same on the RECEIVED column.

For the colours, in the main MailWasher screen click Display Options near top right, you can choose differing colours, however MailWasher won't change immediately. You can clear the list and recheck the emails to see updated colours (press C then Y on keyboard to clear list)
