When I press the check email button no emails download to my MW Pro, so that I can sort thru them.
They are however downloaded when I press the mail program button. Now what ?

Can you send me some logs, go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> press Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can confirm they arrived all OK.

So MailWasher is unable to retrieve any of your messages ?

I sent the Logs.
I also read the errors tab message, says logging into frontier using SSL
It also read failed to log into POP3 server.
MW started working correctly last evening, that is the reason for the delayed reply

OK sure thing, I can see in the logs it was briefly working as well.
What you could try, is creating an App Password, your main password stays the same, but this is a special password to use in MailWasher. More details can be found here https://help.yahoo.com/kb/frontier/acco ... 15241.html
The rest of the settings stay the same as well.
This may too just be a temporary glitch on their end, when MailWasher sends the logon information this is reply it gets
-ERR [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later.
However I would still try the App Password option.
