As stated, MailWasher keeps sending "good" and "friends" emails straight to the recycling bin. Started around one month ago.

How can I fix it? No logs, it just does it.

These emails in the Recycle Bin, what does the evaluation on the right say ? If you cannot see that, right click on a message and select 'Show Evaluation Details'.

Also can you send me some logs.
Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum, jehzsa' >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.

I tinkered with the Spam Ratings and it has resolved the issue.
