In the HTML view, the German mutated vowels are displayed incorrectly. How can I fix this?

Can you try changing the default encoding to UTF-8 in Internet Explorer. MailWasher uses the IE engine to render HTML, so it sounds like this might be set to Western.

If a mail is marked as read in the webmailer, Mailwasher no longer displays it. How can I make Mailwasher show all mails, not just the unread ones?

In the Settings for the account, on the Incoming tab, open the Advanced settings and check the Download read e-mails option.
