I renewed my Maiwasher the other day and I just got a message that my registration will run out in five days.
And when I to Help/ Registration I am told that my registration will expire in 17 months.

What do I need to do get my renewal recognized?

I have received an email "Your Firetrust Ltd receipt "

No other emails since the original.

The five days have passed and MW is still working, so I guess it was a false alarm.

I think when a license gets close to renewal date it gets put into a queue to email the notifications, and removed from the queue when a license is extended. However they system might not be checking quite right about when not to send.

But I'd expect no more emails, if you do please let me know so we can look into this further.
