I have asked this question a while ago on the Mailwasher forum but still haven't had a reply.

When I check in the system in settings it connects to the server. But from the Check Mail button it doesn't.

What should I check or do to get it working again?

Can you send me some logs, if you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.
