I have over 90,000 emails sitting on the server but mailwasher stops checking after about 1600. When I click check mail the status bar shows it sees 90,000 emails but stops without retrieving all. pop 3 setting all correct.

Are you looking to clear down these emails in MailWasher ? Otherwise I would switch to IMAP so MailWasher can be told to only download more recent emails.

If you can send me some logs, if you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> also reply back here once sent, so I can check the logs arrived all OK.
