Have recently noticed when I start up MW Pro 7 I get a little box with a tick that says to show a 'How to Screen' on start up but it will not let me untick the box.
Any simple ideas on how to change the setting as I have looked where I think it should be but then I am not a Tech person. Stay safe everyone in this crazy world. Maggi

Finally got it to untick, will wait until I close my computer down next to see if change sticks.

OK great. If it still keeps appearing, try this.

In MailWasher go Help >> User Files >> then close MailWasher down so it's not running >> back in the folder you opened look for a file called startup.xml >> right click on this and select EDIT >> if Windows asks what program to open it with, Notepad is fine >> in the file look for a line (probably in the lower third of the file, closer to the end) that reads

<PlayAnimationOnStartup>True</PlayAnimationOnStartup>

Change the True to read False, so it looks like

<PlayAnimationOnStartup>False</PlayAnimationOnStartup>

Save the file >> restart MailWasher.
