Check the SMTP settings for the account under Settings >> Accounts >> Outgoing.
From ComCast it should be smtp.comcast.net
Under Advanced, the option to use SMTP Authentication should be checked and set to use the same as Incoming.
Secure Connection should be TLS and port 587
