VERY disappointed in Mailwasher. I have recommended them for years and found myself needing it to resolve some bulk emails that just won't go away.

Paid for the Pro version. Gmail doesn't work. my SiteGround (mydomain) doesn't work and won't launch to my email client called Cloze.

Support is non existent. a NZ based company that has my money and no professional support. VERY sad.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I've moved this into it's own post Kevin, as might take some back and forth to get things all sorted.

First, flick me some logs and will take a look.
Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can confirm they arrived all OK.
