Hi,

Just sent support logs for unknown error.

Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.

Quick fix ought to be, remove the Robert Robo account >> restart MailWasher >> Add it back.

I can't see when the problem started, as it must have begun the day prior, but MW was hung up on a message, then when you restarted it still was failing out with a message I don't recall seeing.

If that isn't the most useless logging to put, I don't know what is.


Let me know if that doesn't get you up and running again. My worry would be that there is something about this specific email MW doesn't like, but I'm hoping it was just some bad data.

Issued resolved by its self maybe stuck email that they deleted by chance.
