Hello

I have recently reformatted and partitioned my main computer's boot drive and installed two different operating systems to boot from. I also have Mailwasher installed on my laptop as well.

Today, as I set up Mailwasher and Hideway on one system partition (using my lifetime key), I am getting the Mailwasher message "...registered too many times".

I can see that this problem has been reported by others (and that the issue resolved by an Admin "re-setting the password")... so my apologies if this not the correct way to report a known issue? however I am looking for help to correct this issue please?

I can send registration emails and so forth if required?
