Mousing over checkbox make them disappear
Something new in the recent week. When I mouse over a check box it changes color or goes blank. Only happens with MW Pro 7.12.54 and no other apps on my system. Icons in the tool bar disappear sometimes too. Suggestions?

Try the .57 beta here https://25fc482ddf92aa413bac-f38e90dc86 ... _12_57.exe
It will install fine over the top.
Which column does the check boxes disappear in, is it all columns or just one like Delete, or Reporting etc...

Hi rusticdog,
yes, it's all columns and even the buttons at the top and the close, reduce or hide buttons in the upper right corner. It's basically anything that is clickable in the UI. I will try .57 and report back. thanks.

Re: Mousing over checkbox make them disappear
OK odd. I would start by having a look for any graphics driver updates, it depends on the hardware running, https://www.pcgamer.com/au/how-to-update-drivers/
Failing that, you could try the attached patch. With MailWasher closed, run the disable_hardware.zip, inside that file is a registry patch, run this, answer Yes to import into the Registry, restart MailWasher.
What this does is tells your machine to not use any hardware to render the graphics for a WPF program (which MailWasher is). You likely won't have other programs installed using WPF, as it's not too common these days.
I've also attached the enable_hardware patch to reverse the change made above if needed.

Re: Mousing over checkbox make them disappear
rusticdog,
Just an update. since my last post the problem has gone away. I didn't try the patches you suggested. I kind of lived with the problem. I'm not sure when it went away but it had just occurred to me recently everything is working fine. I will say this, I have had a few updates including video drivers since my last post so you are most likely correct about it being a video driver. Anyway, just wanted to get back to you to let you know and thank you for your assistance.
