Two problems really, I have just changed my pc and the mail washer pro will not accept my registration key, I seem to be running on a trial at the moment. Second problem is that the my mail is not being sent to Thunderbird after washing. Would love a non tecky reply please.

I've resent your license to you via email, let me know what error you are getting if it does persist.

For ThunderBird, if you hit Get Messages in ThunderBird, do the good messages then load as you would expect ?

Morning Rustic, have not received your email but not surprised at that as my mail is all over the place at the moment. When I hit mail program in MW it opens TB but doesnt send messages and when I hit get messages in TB it opens the Google sign in page every blooming time. Changing a pc is not supposed to be this difficult is it.

Update... I found your email in the spam box in gmail, the good news is that the registration number worked. The other problem stays the same though.
