MailWasher brings in the mail great. Brilliant program. Once the mail is filtered Outlook 2019 brings it from the server to the Inbox. All is good, but for some reason the mail notices are still in MailWasher.

Do you know if you are using IMAP or POP to access the account in Outlook ?

If you are not sure, then in Outlook click File >> on the right you should see Account Information and you can select your account(s) in the drop down, just below the account name it should list either "POP/SMTP" or "IMAP/SMTP"
