Random logout

Mailwasher has been running great until recently. Now, randomly, when it rechecks mail, it logs out by itself. I then have to restart it to get it going. Any solutions please?

Might need to see some logs for this one. Next time it happens, can you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum : finwiz' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check they arrived all OK.
