Registration Key not working

Hi, Ive purchased a new computer, however the registration key for my Lifetime Licence doesnt work. Any assistance, greatly appreciated.

As far as I can tell it should be working fine, are you getting a specific error or is it working now ?

Thank you, all good now, however I dont know what the issue was Ive been trying for 2 weeks lol
