Hello:

If I accept a mail as okay from MailWasher, but then, when it is already in my mail client's inbox, realize that it is spam, can I somehow mark it as spam, or is it too late that rime?

If it's no longer showing in MailWasher, then no, there is no way to train that message as spam.

Sorry to hear that. I believe that in PRO this should be a given feature. Apps are being less and less useful.
