Mailwasher doesn't delete email for my Comcast account

Mailwasher doesn't delete email for my Comcast account

I have been using Mailwasher for a few years now. About 6 months ago I noticed it wasn't deleting email that was marked for deletion from certain email accounts... especially my Comcast account. There were a couple of other accounts that it occasionally didn't delete from also.

As a result, I have to rewash (or click on the 'Wash Mail' again) after the first Mail Wash. Clicking on Mail Wash several eventually deletes the emails. But it is a pain having to do this numerous times during a session. I find that, after washing many times, I can click on the 'Check Mail' & it will not show the deleted emails. But if I Check Mail after doing only one Wash Mail, the marked deleted emails will show again.

Anyone else have the problem? Any guidance would be appreciated!! Thank you in advance!
