I have started reinstalling win10 on my Dad's Dell PC from his NVMe SSD failing and requiring a reformat. Dell couldn't seem to fix it online.

Anyway, I started the install process and t gets hung up on this weird video page and I can't click on it at all. It is stuck.

When I look at the taskbar, I can see the main installer progress bar, but it is stalled out and not moving.

I can't access it nor the video page. can't even hit the red X to close it.

I already just restarted the PC from the start menu, but it comes up in the middle of the install at the same spot of wanting me to watch a video, but I can't click on it.

Not sure what to do next.

I hope this makes sense. Let me know what other info you may need from me.

There should be an X top left, 'Show at startup' you can uncheck.

Otherwise if you go Help >> User Files >> close MailWasher so it's not running >> back in the folder you opened right click on startup.xml and select Edit With Notepad (or something similar to edit the file) >> near the bottom of the file will be a line
<PlayAnimationOnStartup>True</PlayAnimationOnStartup>

Change the True to False >> Save the file >> restart MailWasher
