I have to say I have never seen a forum for a product wheres theres many questions on why this or that dont work and theres NO technical support.

I wonder WHY did the programmer produce such a [program when they cant even be bothered to answer (IMHO) simply questions.

So NO I wont let the door hit me on the way out, and I WILL find another program which actually WORKS.

I wonder if admin will now bother to reply?
whats the odds?

Looks to me that there needs to be more than just YOU to answer questions in a timely fashion.

I.e., the same day.
