Hi,

Almost every mail I receive that is analysed by MailWasher is marked as spam. I've tried marking every one of them as 'good' but when the next arrives it's marked as spam again.

I've been using MailWasher for years and have never had such a problem. I've checked all the settings and can see nothing untoward.

Can anyone supply any suggestions?

Quick fix is under Settings >> Spam Tools >> Learning >> hit the reset button, restart MailWasher once complete. If it doesn't quite get it right the first time, repeat the previous steps.

This will mean retraining messages again, although hopefully won't take long.
