Why is it some junk/spam emails make it to my Outlook inbox but not my Mail Washer Pro inbox to be bounced?
It is a hit or miss issue. Most email show up in Outlook and Mail Washer Pro. But some junk email, somehow, are
not seen by Mail Washer Pro inbox, but do end up in Outlook.

Are these emails possibly in the Junk mail folder already ?

In MailWasher you could try setting to use IMAP under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> then once saved to use IMAP, under the IMAP tab, have a look for a junk/spam folder to check also, as MailWasher only loads the Inbox messages.
