Dealing with junk emails MailWasher has missed

Hi
I am using Windows 11 Pro build 21H2 and MailWasher 7.12.57.
There are just a few emails left in my Outlook 365 Inbox that are junk but which have been missed by MailWasher (and me).
How do I get MailWasher to take another look at these emails and list them so I can blacklist them? I am looking for a method where I can get MailWasher to list emails I identify explicitly.
